As a dedicated but small team, at AVÔNA, we ship our products worldwide from 3 locations based on the order’s destination and stock availability. This means you get express 6-9 day worldwide shipping without worrying about any additional duties, VATs, or taxes, as they are already paid by us. So, it’s completely FREE for you.
Here’s a quick overview of how our shipping process works:
- We carefully prepare and pack your order within 2-3 days.
- Your package is then dispatched to your local delivery service, which takes about 2-3 days. (Then you will receive a tracking link)
- During the transition to your local carrier (for instance, USPS or Royal Mail), the tracking status may display ‘In transit. (This status could stay up to 7 days).
- As soon as your local carrier has processed your package, delivery should be within the next few days.
In the event of any unforeseen incidents during shipping, such as damage, loss, or returns from customs, we guarantee to replace your order at no additional cost to you. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot take responsibility if, due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, delivery is unsuccessful. Similarly, if the recipient is not available to receive the package, and it is subsequently left at the doorstep, in a postal box, or in general at the delivery address, where it may be stolen or damaged due to weather, animals, or other factors, we cannot be held liable. (If someone is not usually at home at the delivery address and the area is not secure, we recommend opting for delivery to a pickup point.)
Exceptions apply if the package arrives visibly damaged, as we receive immediate photo evidence from the delivery personnel for each delivery to process such claims. In such cases, if the item inside is also damaged, we will promptly replace it for you.
Additionally, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive an item that doesn’t match your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Please note that some factors, like remote locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, can cause delays in delivery. These things are outside of our control, and while we work closely with our delivery partners to minimize any issues, we ask for your understanding if things take a little longer than expected. We always do our best to get your order to you quickly, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
